The festival is included in the list of international film festivals of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation held on the territory of the Russian Federation under number 72 (Order of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation No. 3542 dated 12/27/2023).
The festival is an annual selection of educational films and innovative educational content, representing the best practices of introducing innovative techniques and technologies into the educational process in the field of education at all levels.
You can submit an educational film, an animated film, or any kind of innovative educational content created using video materials to the Festival.
The unit of a Work can be a film, a video lecture, a program, a cycle of videos, a multi-part film, a cycle of programs in its entirety, a series of program cycles, a separate issue or series, an electronic educational course on a discipline, an electronic textbook, a website with all educational content contained on it, a social media account dedicated to education and/or enlightenment, software software for a personal computer, an application for a mobile phone, video content for a training simulator, and more.

Requirements:
To participate in the festival, you must provide the full version of the film or content.
All films and content submitted to the festival must comply with the requirements of the age limit of 16+, and do not contain information contrary to the Legislation of the Russian Federation and National Cultural Policy.
The participants of the Festival must ensure the purity of copyright for all elements of the work.
Works created no earlier than 5 years before the Festival are accepted for participation in the Festival. In 2024, Works created in 2019 and later will be accepted.
The working language of the Festival is Russian. Works created in a foreign language must have subtitles in Russian or simultaneous translation.
The Organizing Committee may accept a Work with subtitles in English for the competition.
Works are accepted through file sharing, movies in MPEG-4 format.
Movies in HD quality are welcome. Other works can be accepted as links to video hosting, Internet sites and accounts on the VKontakte social network, Telegram messenger. The link to the Work must be relevant until the end of the final of the Festival.
One Work can be the subject of several Applications in different nominations.
Adult individuals, author groups (several individuals) can take part in the Competition
